Faculty Studio created an intuitive dashboard that unifies analytics, AI-driven insights, and manual controls into one cohesive experience. By simplifying how users access and act on key metrics, the platform empowers teams to respond to trends faster, optimize storefronts with precision, and make data feel human again.

What challenges were we addressing?

Bloomreach’s existing Insights experience made it hard for merchandisers to connect data with action. Overlapping rules, inconsistent UI patterns, and scattered analytics created confusion and slowed teams down—making it difficult to trust AI recommendations or quickly optimize their storefronts.

Our goal was to create a unified, intuitive interface that made key insights easy to find, understand, and act on. By simplifying access to analytics and Loomi AI, the redesigned dashboard empowers merchandisers to make smarter, faster decisions across search, category, and campaign workflows.
