We redesigned the dashboard to create a clean, action-oriented interface that empowers merchandisers with AI-driven tools and real-time insights. The new UI provides seamless access to critical applications like analytics, site search, and merchandising tools, all aimed at enhancing the CX across digital channels.

Overview

Merchandisers face the continuous challenge of staying ahead of trends and optimizing their storefronts. With tools like Bloomreach’s Loomi AI integrated into the dashboard, we aimed to offer AI-powered insights that would surface opportunities for improvement, track performance, and optimize search and recommendation strategies. However, with the increasing complexity of the tools and the vast amounts of data available, it became clear that the dashboard UI needed improvement. Merchandisers needed a streamlined way to access these insights without feeling overwhelmed by data overload.

A persistent sidebar was introduced to house the main navigation elements, including direct access to AI-driven insights from Loomi. This sidebar organized tools like analytics, merchandising, site search, and trending product insights, allowing users to easily access key features in one place. Custom icons were designed to build a cohesive visual design language.
